Policies
A 24-hour notice is preferred for all requests. Extra fees may be applied if less than 24-hours.
Please give a 24-hour notice for cancellations. If less than 24-hours a $15.00 fee will be assessed.
All services provided Monday-Friday 8:00am-6:00pm unless otherwise arranged.
Please note that It's About Time will keep all client information confidential except as required in the course of providing services for a client.
Payment is requested for third party fees before services are rendered unless otherwise arranged.
Payment is due upon receipt of services unless otherwise arranged. Payment can be made with cash, check, or money order. Read more about my rates.
An It's About Time service agreement must be signed before services will be provided.
Mileage is free within my service area. A mileage surcharge will be added for services when performed outside a 25 mile service area. See my service area.
Due to liability, It's About Time is unable to transport children.
It's About Time has the right to refuse any service that is unethical, illegal, or questionable.
A $15.00 fee will be assessed on federal holidays.
